The trio launched the boat at the public ramp at Lynnhaven in Virginia Beach, Virginia and began their short run to Cape Henry, where the Chesapeake Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean. The early December day was warm and the ocean slick. Trolling slowly, about 2 knots, to keep the Mojos running deep did the trick. Actually, when you see your rod tip bouncing up and down from the heavy Mojo skipping on the bottom you know you are at the right speed.
