Hunting in Idaho, near the Wyoming border, with Warren Hicks of Pack n' Racks Outfitters, Ken Wilson shoots an excellent Shiras moose. Assistant guide Rob Wylie and Pack n' Racks horses and equipment are a big help for this high-country adventure. For his Idaho moose hunt with Warren Hicks, Lad Shunneson finds 18' of snow on the ground which was supposed to make his hunt easier. Wrangler Dale White assists, and Lad makes a long shot to succeed. Then Ken and Lad travel through Kuujjuaq in the arctic area of northern Quebec known as Nunavik, and hunt out of one of Safari Nordik's 35 camps. Thanks to a great staff and lots of caribou, each hunter shoots two caribou while struggling with quick decisions involving 'tops,' 'bottoms,' 'shovels,' 'bezes,' 'palmation,' 'spread,' and 'Should I shoot this one or wait for a better one?'
