Overview
Zipidee powers the Internet’s largest digital marketplace for instructional, educational, entertainment, health and fitness, sports, and special interest content through its destination marketplace Zipidee.com and also through its Content On-Demand Widgets®. Zipidee’s Content On-Demand Widgets® are fully transactional, handling the preview, purchase, and fulfillment of digital content. Each widget has an embeddable code that can be copied and pasted into any web environment for viral distribution. Our platform provides the tools for media owners, from aspiring media moguls to large media companies, to market and sell digital products, including video, audio (books and music), eBooks, mobile content, and more, by publishing and creating customized Content On-Demand Widgets®. Zipidee has a rapidly expanding seller network of more than 1000 content producers and distributors and over 150,000 repeat customers. The Zipidee platform receives over 500,000 visitors per month, browsing through more than 1.5 million pages of digital goods for sale. By giving sellers the freedom to choose how they distribute their digi-goods, from business model to price point, Zipidee allows buyers and sellers to rule and transact in an open and distributed marketplace. Henry Wong

As Chief Zipidee Officer, Henry manages the executive team and oversees the execution of Zipidee’s strategic vision and direction. He has experience building and exiting companies as a legal advisor, operations executive, and principal investor. As a Partner with Novus Ventures and Artemis Ventures, Henry helped build and raise over $200 million in corporate and venture financing for companies. He also serves on the Board of Directors for AdECN, Inc. (NASDQ: MSFT), the world's first exchange marketplace for online display advertising. Previously, he was a co-Founder of WeWin.com, a video sharing website. Henry holds a J.D. and MBA from American University in Washington, D.C. |

Jerry Lyons
CFO |
Jerry is responsible for leading all accounting and financial activities for Zipidee. Prior to joining Zipidee, Jerry was the Chief Financial Officer for AdECN (NASDAQ: MSFT), and Chief Operating and Financial Officer for UGO Networks (Hearst Corporation), a multi-faceted Internet company with revenue streams from an e-commerce store, content networks, ad serving, and web design and hosting services. The company grew from two employees to over 200 from its inception in 1997 until 2000. From 1996 to 1998, Jerry was the Chief Financial Officer of InterWorld Corporation, an e-commerce tools and design company that grew from 25 employees to over 250 and went public in 1998. Previously, Jerry was Chief Financial Officer at MCI/News Corp Internet Ventures, where he helped build an integrated content provider business, including high speed networks, customer billing systems, and a content production infrastructure. Jerry began his career at Arthur Andersen in New York. He graduated from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Accounting in 1980. |

Joseph Karam
VP, Engineering |
Joseph handles the technical coordination team for Zipidee. Previously, Joseph was co-Founder of three startups: WeWin, GiveSmart, and GabCity. He has over ten years of experience covering systems administration and integration, database administration, software engineering, IVR systems, and call centers. Previously, Joseph served as CTO for Venture Labz S.A.R.L., where he developed lead generation and tracking technologies for online advertising companies. Joseph holds a B.S. in Computer Science from American University of Science and Technology and will complete his Masters in Computer Science in December 2007. |

Du Nguyen
VP, Marketing |
Du Nguyen manages all marketing initiatives at Zipidee. In his role as VP of Marketing, Du is responsible for building Zipidee’s brand, public relations, customer acquisition programs, and promotional activities. Prior to joining Zipidee, Du was in charge of telco and financial services marketing programs for Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL). Du has also managed marketing programs for Microsoft, Lowe's Home Improvement, FedEx Kinko's and Delta Airlines. Du has held various marketing and product management positions at CA, Nimblefish, Sun Microsystems, and Digital Impact. Du holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington. |

Simon Gillmore
VP, Business Development |
Simon Gillmore heads all business development efforts at Zipidee. Prior to joining Zipidee, Simon led business development efforts at two startups and consulted as a product strategist. Simon’s background includes experience in Web2.0, eBusiness, BioTech, Event Marketing, telecommunications, and Aerospace and Defense. Some of Simon’s past employers include Virgin.net, Cisco, Ericsson, CSC, British Telecom and Logica. Simon has worked in the USA, Europe, and Australia, and he holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. In his heart, though, Simon is an economist and free market thinker. |

Nihal ElRayess
VP, Product Development |
Nihal ElRayess leads product development efforts at Zipidee. Before joining Zipidee, Nihal was the Program Director at DocEnTrust Systems, Inc., a company providing solutions build on the EMC Documentum platform. She was responsible for directing software development solutions, overseeing system specifications and client implementation from the requirements gathering and analysis stage through deployment. At Columbia University’s Digital Knowledge Ventures she directed e-seminar development efforts. Nihal started her “online” career at the Wall Street Journal Interactive Division (WSJ.com) where she worked with the core team of project managers, news editors, market data specialists, graphic designers and web developers on WSJ’s year 2000 complete site redesign and revamp. Nihal holds a B.F.A. from Cornell University and an M.A. in Biomedical Communications from UT Southwestern Medical Center. |

Luke
Mascot and VP, Strategic Beggin' |
Hailing from the picturesque town of Sausalito, Lucaya (or "Luke" as he is known) is the proud mascot of Zipidee. Luke is a mellow Alaskan Husky/Malamute mix who enjoys spending time at the feet of his Zipidee co-workers. Among his many talents (shake, sit, roll over, howl), Luke has demonstrated an innate ability to eat edamame beans and discard the shells. Before taking on this role, Luke spent more than five years as an adored house pet, specializing in running, sleeping, and the solicitation of food and belly rubs. |

Roger Barry |
Roger Barry has been the Managing Partner of IVF since its inception in 1994. During this period, he has invested in 59 private companies, including Salesforce.com, NBCI/Xoom, Netlogic Microsystems, Infinera, AdECN, Persistence Software, and Tut Systems. Roger served as General Partner of a NewVista Fund from 1997 to 2004, and was a General Partner of Crosspoint Venture Partners for nine years prior to forming IVF. Roger was a partner at KPMG (Peat Marwick) prior to Crosspoint, and began his career with Bankers Trust Company and First Boston Corporation. Roger has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |

Colin Evans |
Colin Evans is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sandwith Ventures,LLC, a San Francisco based investment firm focusing on angel and Series A investments in consumer oriented e-commerce and marketplace businesses. Previous to launching Sandwith, Colin was a Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales and Business Development at StubHub.com, a successful online ticket exchange founded in 2000 and sold to eBay in early 2007 for $310 million. Colin oversaw four main functions while at StubHub including all sports and music sponsorships, business development partnerships, corporate sales and the LargeSeller program, which aggregated and serviced all the inventory providers on StubHub. Prior to joining StubHub, Colin worked as an Associate at TA Associates, a venture capital firm, at their headquarters in Boston. TA Associates provided late stage venture capital to high growth companies and Colin focused specifically on companies in the consumer products, financial services and business services industries. Prior to TA Associates, Colin worked at Bankers Trust (now part of Deutsche Bank) in the Private Equity division, BT Capital Partners. Colin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees in Economics, with Honors, and Bioengineering. Colin sits on the Board of CommunityLend, Inc. and is an official advisor to ten additional internet companies primarily concentrated in the San Francisco Bay Area. |

Christine Comaford-Lynch |
Christine is a five-time CEO/entrepreneur specializing in defining new markets, developing products to serve them, and executing sales, marketing and product strategies. Throughout Christine’s career, she has assisted over 700 of the Fortune 1000 Companies in accelerating innovation. She was a founder of First Professional Bank, Kuvera Associates, Corporate Computing, planetU and Artemis Ventures, all of which have either been acquired or taken public. Christine’s expertise is a result of over 20 years in operational high tech positions at Microsoft, Lotus, Adobe and Apple as well as strategy advisor to Oracle and Symantec. Christine has participated on several Boards of for- and non-profit companies, consulted with the White House on technology and small business strategies, and has garnered numerous industry accolades. |

Christopher Williams |
Mr. Williams was previously CTO at AdECN, Inc., which was recently acquired by Microsoft (NASDQ: MSFT). Prior to joining AdECN, Christopher was was SVP of Information Technology of Edentify (OTC: EDFY.OB), a leading provider of identity management and fraud detection technology, primarily for the credit card industry and government agencies. Previously, he was interim CTO of MedUnite, a clearinghouse for healthcare transactions, under a contract with PriceWaterHouseCoopers. He began his career as an engineer with Arthur Andersen in the late 1980's, where he introduced object-oriented design and development techniques in redesigning the company's flagship Method/1 and Design/1 CASE tools. He has also held various positions at Sarcom/FrontWay and Ernst & Young. Mr. Williams holds a BS in Computer Engineering, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Florida. |
